Stations

Station 61

Station 61 is located at 2250 S. Emporia Street near the intersection of Parker Road and E. Iliff Avenue.

Station 61 serves the 4-Square mile area of Unincorporated Arapahoe County which is generally bordered by Mississippi Avenue on the north, Dayton Street on the east, Quebec Street on the west, and Yale Avenue on the south.

Station 61 was originally constructed in 1984.  The station also housed the district administration offices until May of 2001 when the administration was moved to it's current location at 2015 S. Dayton Street.   The station underwent major interior renovation in 2002 to expand and update the living quarters.

The station is currently staffed with an engine and two medic units.  The Battalion Chief also resides and responds from this station.

Station 62

Station 62 is located at 16758 E. Smoky Hill Road in Centennial near the intersection of E. Smoky Hill Road and S. Buckley Road.

Station 62 is one of two stations located in the eastern part of our district and serves the Smoky Hill, Piney Creek, Tuscany, and Jackson Farm neighborhoods among others.  Station 62's primary response area includes both unincorporated Arapahoe County and a portion of the City of Centennial.

The current station was relocated from its former location at 5600 S. Tower Road when construction was completed in 2006.  The station is currently staffed with an engine and a brush truck.  The newest addition to the district's fleet of apparatus, which is a 70-foot Tower, is also located at this station.

Station 63

Station 63 is located at 5405 S. Riviera Way in Centennial near the intersection of S. Picadilly Street and S. Riviera Way.

Station 63 is one of two stations located in the eastern part of our district and serves the Parkview, Saddle Rock Ridge, Spring Creek, Fox Hill, and Copperleaf neighborhoods among others. Station 63's primary response area includes both unincorporated Arapahoe County and a portion of the City of Centennial.

Station 63 was constructed in 1987. The station is currently staffed with an engine and a medic unit.

Station 64

Station 64 is located at 5600 S. Tower Road Way in unincorporated Arapahoe County.  This facility served as fire station two until the construction of a new facility and relocation to 16758 E. Smoky Hill Road.  This facility currently serves as the quartermaster facility and is maintained in a "ready" state to allow for activating the station and providing response in the case of a major emergency or natural event such as a major storm.

The station was originally constructed in 1980 and served as a volunteer station.  An addition to the station was constructed in 1987 providing living quarters and the ability to staff the station with both career and reserve firefighters.
